Shaffer Pond Project
A 14-acre pond designed to drain surrounding farmland and restore function to a portion of property that has been wet and unusable for much of the growing season. This project included changes to a designated wet land. Custom Grading was involved from the permit request submittal through the county. We then worked to clear the land, dig the pond, build a berm, grade the site and restore.
Cudahy Building Project
Construction of a new commercial building and roadway addition. Custom Grading was the demolition contractor of the old existing building, graded the site, excavated the new building pad and stripped/formed/stoned the roadway addition.
VA Maintenance Support Project
Removal of an existing pad, stone and grading for a new pad and the building of a salt storage pad. Custom Grading, Inc provided all the demo work, stone, excavation and grading and hauled and placed all the blocks for the structure. Photos for all the Latest Projects were provided, including the VA Maintenance Support project.
